Having been a long-time mortgage client of RBC, we had been left in the lurch by our mortgage specialist - but we were incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to Jonathan. Not only did he help us with our mortgage financing, he also helped us line up financing for our deposit and interim bridge financing. He was incredibly responsive, diligent and thorough in all of his communication. He managed the entire process flawlessly in a really short turn around time and I really couldn't have asked for any better service. I will never go back to RBC for any lending products (heck, I'm still waiting to hear back from my mortgage specialist after 2 months - he probably doesn't even know our old mortgage was paid out!).
