We have recently purchased this beautiful house in Maple Ridge with Dennis. The advantage of working with Dennis, is that he is licensed both, as a real estate agent and a mortgage broker. He took care of finding us a perfect home and arranging financing at the same time. The whole process of buying the house was easy and enjoyable. He worked with our schedule to view many homes and ultimately found us the perfect one. On the mortgage side, he worked closely with us to ensure that we got the best rate and term available. He was able to get a much better rate than what our bank was offering us. We look forward to working with Dennis again in the future.
