(May 22, 2019, 4:20 pm)Nidus has helped me so much with getting my mother-in-law's paperwork in order. I'm very grateful to Nidus for working with the BC government to craft the body of law to make personal representation agreements both possible and legal.

Nidus is a small organization that doesn't have the manpower to handle phone inquiries. If you phone you'll just get a recording. However, I've found them responsive to emails. (Allow a few days for a response.) Their web site already answers a lot of questions, but if you have an unusual situation to sort through, they recommend that you book a 25-minute phone appointment. There is a charge for this service (currently CDN $45), but in my situation I considered it money very well spent.
