I have been practicing here for years and can attest for the quality of the instructors. The environment is very inviting and supportive; with the teacher engaging each of the students and helping them with their personal growth, on and off the mat.
I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in the practice and/or philosophy of Aikido. -
