(January 27, 2023, 5:19 am)I started working out with Gabby at Goodbrand fitness 2 years ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the community she has built, the variety of classes that are offered, and her personal commitment to really creating a connection and supporting each one of her members. It’s Just the best Ladies gym out there, and wether I can make it to class in person or I’m working out on-line from home I always feel the support and encouragement from every instructor! 10/10 recommend you try a class!

I have been with Gabby for about 2 months now and I feel so lucky to have found this great group of women to work out with. I was in a rut and they really helped me get out of that and made me realize I can achieve my goals. Gabby and all the other trainers care so much, not only about your fitness but about you as a person. They make you feel included and good about yourself. There are so many different times and classes that you feel like there is really something for everyone! -

(November 7, 2022, 4:10 am)I joined Goodbrand Fitness in Aug 2022. I met with Gabby first and felt very comfortable and supported right away. I’ve been going 3 days per week at 5:30am to the bootcamp class and the ladies there are so supportive and encouraging. I feel like I finally found a home. Gabby will push but in a good way and I realized that I’m stronger than I thought I was. Thank you to everyone there for making feel welcomed

(June 29, 2022, 2:40 am)Gabby has been amazing to work with. I have made SO much progress both physically and mentally since working with her and her team. She is the only person I've come across during my journey of "bettering" myself that has hammered home the importance of balance - and I really think that has been the key to my success. Gabby has helped me shift my mindset to a point where I truly look forward to working out/being physically active and I know that I can still enjoy all my favourite treats without that pang of guilt I used to get. I honestly can't recommend Goodbrand Fitness enough. The space, the trainers, the classes, and the community are ALL amazing.

(June 23, 2022, 2:16 am)I found Goodbrand Fitness through a google search and I was interested in the variety of classes they have. I was nervous about working out because it’s been awhile but they put me at ease right away. No pressure, workouts can be modified to suit you and you go at your own pace. They’re all (Gabby, the staff and the other members) very welcoming and make you feel good about your progress. I would recommend Goodbrand Fitness to anyone looking for healthy, realistic ways to get in shape and feel good about yourself.
