I did private lessons with Katie. She is very kind, knowledgeable, happy to work around injuries and focuses on doing all the exercises in such a way to minimize future injuries. I highly recommend her.

I'm "brand new" to yoga and felt rather intimidated to start at age 68. However, my experience was great. Katie is most personable and thoughtful and I feel perfectly at ease. I've really enjoyed my first few intimate classes and look forward to many more - especially as Katie has been most encouraging.
