We have bought and sold with Bernie Scholz and his team twice now - and each time it has been an absolutely excellent experience. Bernie and his staff listen carefully to what we want, take care only to show us what matches our needs, and never, ever put pressure on us to buy. They give great advice and the follow-thorough on all the little (and big details) of buying and selling are timely and accurate. For our home twice - they priced and marketed it with care and precision, respected our privacy in the process of showing our homes - and got us a good price. I cannot speak more highly of them and their services - top notch and we recommend them to all our friends!
