The preparation before listing was the key to our success. Lisa advised us on touch-ups that would help with the sale, and brought in a staging company who used our art and some of our furniture (along with theirs) to make the placed “lived-in”.
Result: sold the home in three days, at a price higher than comparable in our building! Thanks Lisa. -
