All of my many questions and concerns were responded to quickly and thoroughly, with details specific to my situation. This is a potentially overwhelming experience, and he and the team were able to break it down every step of the way, so that nothing was left to question or didn’t fit into my timeline. As a first time home buyer, the entire process was new and daunting but Chad walked me through each stage, explained everything in detail and answered the many many questions I had along the way. The finances relating to the purchase of my home needed to be sorted in a very short time frame and I’m not sure it would have been possible without Chad and his teams knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. He was great in getting us a very competitive rate and was very professional to deal with. His weekly emails helped ensure we were well informed throughout each stage of the mortgage process. Chad is patient, professional, courteous, and always goes above and beyond for any task needed in the buying process. He was able to get me a mortgage with a great rate, and was always proactive in asking for ways that he could help. Perhaps one of Chad's greatest strengths was his ability to assess the property for any risks, and he would be very straightforward about the benefits of your potential investment.
Chad makes a stressful process seem easy, and he will ensure that you receive the best outcome in the home buying process. I would recommend him and his team to anyone in the market, and I greatly value the extra care and consideration that he provided me.
