My husband and I had the best experience with Sam for our search of a townhome in Richmond for our family of 4. Sam is very responsible and knowledgable, and he carefully guided us through this house search process especially with us being first-time homebuyers. We always appreciated his valuable insights for the (many) house listings we visited, especially for the less-than-obvious things that we would definitely have missed. Despite it being a seller's market at the time we made our purchase, with his careful research and preparation, Sam did an outstanding job positioning our offer amidst many others.
