She is easy to communicate and work with but most importantly Cindy is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, she makes it seem seamless and simple, when I know it wasn’t because she did all the heavy lifting behind the scenes. I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone who’s looking to sell or buy.

Your efforts to see this sale exemplifies not only your professional abilities but also the time and work you put in. We find Cindy to be a highly attentive realtor, as we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case, Cindy returned all calls and emails within a couple hours. She has a very good understanding of the Real Estate Market in the Lower Mainland. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. If there is something she doesn't know, she goes the extra mile to find out for you and provide links for your own resource. Her communication is also exceptional. She helped my parents every step of the way with purchasing a unit for a strata newly in development, explained procedures and costs to them, answered any of their questions and kept us consistently updated with the developer's plan until the end. Be it night or day, she was willing to match our schedule for phone calls when we need further discussion, and kept our best interest and intentions in mind. She really fought hard to schedule us in early in a competitive market so we would have a chance of choosing the unit we wanted. Thanks for all the work, Cindy! Really appreciate it.
