4203’s sound insulation is sub-optimal. 4203 has been partying almost every night and therefore reported to the police and concierge multiple times.
The living room of 4203 only has one side of wall, where TV and stereo can be mounted. Unfortunately, the wall is right next to its unit entrance door, which is not very sound insulant. Additionally, the wall is also 4202 main bedroom’s only side of wall, which is the only wall that 4202’s bed can be placed against.
The floor plan and sound insulation issues have caused discomfort between neighbors and potentially can even involve legal actions in the future. -
