From the first day we started our search, to the moment we took possession, she was there every step of the way. She paid attention to every little detail we requested and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. She is attentive, patient, friendly, kind and one of the most hardworking realtors we have ever met. She went above and beyond for us and treated searching for our home like it was her own. We have and will continue to recommend her to all of our friends, family and colleagues! 5+ stars to Kristy!!!

We recently hired Kristy for the sale of our home and purchase of another. She is not only fun to work with, but extremely professional and knowledgeable in the real estate world. On the selling side of things, Kristy had great suggestions for staging our house, and a few minor things that made all the difference in how our house showed. Therefore, despite a very tight and challenging market Kristy sold our home in 6 days and for full asking price! On the buying side of thigs, Kristy really paid close attention to what we desired in a home, and what we were willing to live without. She walked us through many properties and utilized this time to ask questions in order to help us figure out what we really valued. In having a very strong idea in what we were looking for, Kristy introduced us to our dream home! She fought hard in tough negotiations, but ended up getting us the home of our dreams for the price we could afford; one which was also reflective of the market and current value. Overall, Kristy was always responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. She made the entire process simple by making it clear to us what we could expect, and what our responsibilities were. We couldn’t recommend her more for any of your real estate needs. 5+ stars!
