I admired Ken’s ability to sell the property above market value in just a few days despite of the curfew. He is very professional very thoughtful in my opinion.I am definitely not an easy guy to handle but he makes sure to keep up with my standard.Every realtor element you are looking for, he probably has them all, but on top of that, he is responsive and patient and willing to take your situation and concern into count.Ken will do the analysis on a weekly or monthly basis to let you know what the trend in the market is like, I find it very helpful and it helps me settle my mind. I think I made the right choice to have Ken as my realtor to sell my unit at the price I am comfortable with and buy my new unit successfully with worry-free. I will definitely recommend Ken if he is keeping up with his work attitude.

(March 8, 2020, 3:08 am)As a first time home buyer, Ken had been amazing. He is very patient with me and walks me through every single step of the process. Ken made it exceedingly easy for me. Pretty much took care of every single detail of the process for me.
On top of that, Ken doesn't just stop at the real estate side. He helped me out on finding contacts with lawyers, inspectors, contractors...etc. With every single question or bump along the way, I would ask Ken for help and he always had an answer or know who to direct me to.
I could not have been happier with Ken's work and would gladly work with him again for future real estate businesses.
