I went through a number of different types of properties during the process of my home purchase. Heidi Hou did an excellent job of explaining to me the details, challenges and advantages of each of the homes that I was considering. She was very patient and thorough in her work and she made sure that I was always informed in all of my decisions. Heidi also did a great job of negotiating a purchase price with which I was very pleased. At the end I was very pleased with the purchase, and for this reason I give he a 5-star rating for her excellent work.

Heidi Hou is the most hardworking, knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated realtor. As this was my first home buying experience, I did not know what to expect and was intimidated with the idea of buying our first home.
