He shared the process of buying a home simple to understand and provided an easy to follow brochure to help me get started and focus on the important things. I chose to work with him because I noticed he was calm and observant. He had a gentle yet persistent way of guiding me along the purchasing journey knowing when to push to help me get a good deal. I was able to get a presale as an investment property because of this that ticked most of my boxes and within my budget despite a competitive development. I could count on him for a fair market analysis, especially in a hot market, as well as lean on his many years of experience whenever I had a question. He has always been on time or early to all our appointments and swift to respond in our correspondence. He has been a joy to work with and I’ve already recommended Hans to my friends and would happily recommend him to others in the future.

(March 16, 2021, 4:07 am)Hans' experience and work ethic were a great asset to me as he went over and beyond in not just answering my questions about the buying process, often working late at night on offers, or walking me through concepts I didn't understand at the time. As a first-time home buyer, I was anxious and nervous about the buying process especially in Richmond, but with Hans, he was able to answer my questions about everything and anything in a professional manner. I believe I was able to close my current apartment because of Hans' hard work. As I prefer to work at night, I usually leave messages late in the night expecting to connect the next day, but Hans would communicate with me even late at night and burn the midnight oil working on offers to make sure we have next steps the following day. Hans was very accommodating, professional, and quick to respond.The next time I would buy/sell in the real estate market, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Hans to work with him again. I fully recommend him if you are looking for a realtor!
