(April 23, 2019, 6:29 am)I highly recommend Sepehr Jahanshahi to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist. He’s very smart, knowledgeable and sharp in finding out the problem and coming up with solutions. I started my sessions with severe neck pain. Sepehr figured out the problem surprisingly quickly and with just a few movements. He used a variety of treatments and strategies to address the problem. After the second session, my pain was reduced by a great amount. I also have migraines, and during a sessions had annoying headaches. Sepehr tried few movements on my head and neck; and asked me to tell him which movement stopped my headache. I was amazed to witness my pain disappearing with one specific movement. To me (and anyone with migraine) this is magical.
He explained that one of the causes of my headaches is the pressure on my neck, and he taught me to practice that movement to remove the pressure.
In addition to his knowledge and expertise, he’s very professional, modest and has a pleasant character as well. -

The facility is in an old Warehouse type space, so there is lots of room. Their equipment is on par with a public gym. They know EVERYTHING about how the human body moves and connects, and your joints and back will thank you.
