(May 6, 2019, 12:50 am)I saw a sample of their oak at a local flooring store. I really liked the color of it but wanted the installation specifications before ordering. I found their website but could not find the installation instructions. So I contacted/emailed the email address on their website. The person that respond in the email gave a general description ofoinstalling the product and invited me to visit their show room in Richmond. I made a special strip to their show room but the lady there said the show room is not for the general public. I told her I was invited. The lady reluctantly let me in to see their samples. Their sample of the same oak floor looked nothing like the sample at their show room. I later found out that the vidar contacted the store I was dealing with and told them they should not have sent me, but in fact it was their repasentive that invited me. I understand that there can be miscommunications at times, but at least please try to get it right before laying blame.
I am deducting 1 star for contacting the store I was dealing with when it was not their fault. And inviting me to their show room when they should not have. And deducting another star for the samples at the store is not a close match to their samples at their show room.
