His presentation was very professional, and Matt never pressured us to choose him as our realtor. The reason for choosing Matt as our realtor is because he was the best prepared, and expressed the most interest in having us as clients. Thanks to Matt, our home sold quickly, and at a price that met our expectations. Looking for a new home, we again had Matt as our realtor. We knew he would search and negotiate properties in our best interest. We couldn't be happier that Matt found us a new home, negotiated a great price, and goes above and beyond in the support he offers throughout the entire buy and sell process.
