There are a million things that him and his team do amazingly, but it's the TRUST I can have in his recommendations that make Darcy special. The number of times Darcy has talked me down from making a poor emotionally charged decision is far more then I would care to admit. We are talking hundreds of thousands of dollars I would've lost or not have earned if it wasn't for his HONEST advice! Any real estate agent can help you buy or sell a house, but there are only a special few who will put your interests above their own and tell you not to!!!!!
