She knew how stressed we were about the whole process, but she never added to our stress. In fact, she took on tasks that were outside the bounds of her duty just to make it easier for us. We were very impressed with her level of knowledge and professionalism !

She’s an amazing realtor who knows the market trends and how to get you top dollar for your property. An excellent negotiator, Juliana has excellent rapport with other realtors and uses her good relationships to her advantage. She is an honest and determined individual, which are excellent traits to have in a people-business like real estate. She also has an eye for design, and knew exactly how to stage our property to sell quickly. She’s an extremely hard worker and responds immediately to requests for information. Communication in general is a strong suit for her. We will be listing another of our properties with Juliana in the Spring and highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor to buy or sell.

(December 19, 2021, 7:37 pm)Juliana was recently contracted by our families lawyer to list my father in-law’s townhouse. He had passed earlier in the year and this was of course an emotional time for all of the family. Right from the first time we met Juliana we found her to be extremely professional as well as compassionate to the situation.
She offered suggestions on the best way to present the house for sale and even did some of the touch up work herself.
The townhouse sold quickly and for a far better price than we anticipated.
