They walked us through everything, and since they work together so well, they were very flexible with timing to meet our needs. They were also there to help us through being anxious messes when things were difficult and uncertain.

Kylene did an amazing job staging the home we were selling and promoting our open house dates. She did a phenomenal job of following up with agents who bought potential buyers. She narrowed our search options by taking the time to find out what it was we were looking for in our search for a new home. Caprice was there to assist whenever Kylene was not available and we are truly grateful for their dedication and patience with us during this process. We are looking forward to moving into our new home and would highly recommend Caprice and Kylene Real Estate Team. They are well connected and have their clients interest at heart.

I have also gone with Kylene on a few viewings personally and the experience is great! They keep the fun in the process that can be stressful sometimes. Even taking the kids off to play giving space for clients to talk! They just make the process feel easy.
