All Hands On Deck

Andre and his team did a great job of working with us to replace and improve our deck. Construction was done during a major winter rain storm but the guys showed up on time and kept working through it. When the rain stopped and a cracked board appeared they were quick to come back and fix it. They did a great job.

André's crew, headed by Joel, have worked on two decks for us so far (we plan to hire them again, within a couple of years, for a big project: a carport with a rooftop deck, too).

Their work has been outstanding! Everything has always been done in a timely manner; I am always amazed how quickly they can get it done. The crew is always very friendly and professional; they always clean up after themselves, and the end products are beautiful!

André is always patient with us as we re-think / re-design our projects and is very knowledgeable about various construction techniques and designs. Communicating with both André and Joel is always easy and they respond very quickly. André has made many trips to our site, over the last few years, to consult with us about what our vision is; he is always on time and never charges to stop in and discuss a project. His quotes are always spot-on, too.

We have really appreciated the personal service and attention to detail -- and truly listening to us, as we try to describe/figure out how to bring our ideas into existence.

We are absolutely thrilled with our renewed decks (the second of which also included a glass roof - which is gorgeous)! We can't wait to start the next project with All Hands On Deck!

We hired Andre's team (led by Joel) to replace our wooden deck and stairs and concrete patio, and then at a later date we hired them to cover our patio with wood posts/beam and aluminum roof. We have been very happy with the results, and the process as well. Andre was honest about the timeline, and there were no surprises in terms of the cost (final price was as quoted). They treated our family and home with respect. We would hire them again.
