The atmosphere and vibe is welcoming, calming, professional and very clean. I am currently receiving laser treatments, and am very pleased with the results so far. The technicians are personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend 19 Steps for all your skin and body needs!

The studio is so nice and new, with advanced tools I have never seen before. I highly recommend! It was child friendly too as I had my four year old with me.

Trudy was very knowledgeable about the procedures and took the time to explain everything, including the risks. She was friendly, very polite and made me feel comfortable making sure the safeguards were in place for the entire procedure. After the procedure she explained what I could expect to happen to the areas that were treated. The experience was very positive, Trudy is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the treatment and left me feeling safe and comfortable. The facility is modern and offers a high level of privacy. I returned for a follow up session and was met with the same professionalism and courtesy. I look forward to continue my treatments with Trudy and I would seriously recommend Trudy and 19 STEPS...

(January 22, 2023, 6:18 am)19 Steps is a beautiful space with immaculate treatment rooms knowledgeable staff. I have had services with both Trudy & Nicole. Both are professional and explain what to expect during the treatment. I love that! No surprises, just great service and treatments that work! The laser hair removal is amazing. I had great results after just 2 sessions. I’ve had different facials too - all amazing. Not sure what’s best for you? Ask them!

(December 16, 2022, 6:19 pm)I have had a number of treatments at 19 Steps particularly for removing age and sunspots. I have to say that the results were better than I expected. My face, back and chest are so clear. I definitely recommend the laser treatments for this. I also had laser hair removal treatments with exceptional results. I highly recommend 19 Steps for skin and body treatments.
