(July 4, 2016, 4:15 am)I've been training under the mentorship of Andrew Ao and his team for over 6 months now. My life has changed 180 degree from a complete sedentary to an active, vital lifestyle. Let me tell you, not only am in great physical condition, but my outlook in life has turned for the better in my everyday living. Andrew's extremely custom-suited training, combined with his holistic approach in life has enhanced every aspect of my life both emotionally, physically and spiritually. I am forever grateful and could not ask for a better team whom I consider family. I now truly realize the utmost importance for prioritizing my health, and I am most privileged to have the best group of trainers, in my opinion, who will walk alongside with me in life to achieve my best, purposeful self.
