I've been using these guys since they opened their doors I think 10+ years ago. I wish I can give them 6 stars. They really know how to take care of business and not only that, I like their efforts to stay green. I noticed that they use hybrid cars. Also, I also like that they use the old toner boxes if they are in good condition. I also have a theory that they re-use the green "New" stickers which I usually peel off and stick on the inside flat of the box lol. Sometimes I get boxes with some writing on it, haha all good! Who cares. Their efforts environmental stewardship is appreciated :)
But above all, is they have taken printers completely OFF my to-do list as an IT manager for a medium size business. I can literally send and email, and let THEM take care of ALL printer business from repairs, refurbished or new toners, used or new printers ... anything! And if there is a problem which is rare, they will take care of things for you. And they'll do it FAST!
Highly recommend! They are always very helpful and professional. Customer service is second to none. In addition, they have extremely competitive prices. I have dealt with many toner suppliers in the past but these guys are the best! I will never use any other toner supplier in the future!

These guys are the best in so many regards. They deliver a great product, for a fair price, with a smile.
Other companies we used in the past were always working angles trying to up-sell us or would deliver less-than-full toners. Digitech is the opposite. They are genuinely good people who care about their customers. If you need a toner supplier - look no further!
