Joy did everything and anything she could to insure we stayed within our budget and still got us our dream house! We are moving in this week and could not be more grateful for her hard work. (April 27, 2022, 3:26 am)A few months ago, I bought a house with a mortgage at a good interest rate through a mortgage broker, Eunjung Jo. In my case, it was difficult to get a mortgage due to my low credit score, so I felt compelled to give up and it was stressful.
Nevertheless, he suggested various methods, thought about it together, and ran all over the place, and in the end, he did everything in his power to get us the amount we wanted. After signing the contract, I saw that he worked hard until the end to get a lower interest rate.
In the end, thanks to Jo Eun-jung, I was able to purchase the house I wanted.
