Mike is very knowledgeable and most importantly has the interest of the customer as prime importance. Within a couple of days Mike had a very good understanding of what i was looking for. He provided excellent listings and spend several hours going through hundreds of listings. Many times i was inclined to put an offer on properties which were not right for me. Mike was honest to stop me. He has a very good understanding of the factors influencing the price, explained a precise breakdown of the valuation of each place we bid for and his bargaining tricks are pure magic ! He got me accepted offers at price below my cut off. I recommended Mike to a friend of mine and they successfully purchased a condo within one month. Mike is pure magic !!!

Michael and I are both very analytical persons and it takes time for us to understand each other. But once we know each other better, we become a good team. I really like his precise analysis on property value and helping me to put down reasonable offer. After a few moments of hard work, we finally get the house located in our preferred area. Michael even gives us a nice gift when we took the procession of the house. Thank you Michael!
