(August 10, 2021, 9:11 pm)We used Fresh Start for some water damage repairs and a full remodel on our bathroom. We couldn't have been happier with the results! Raz and his team worked with our designer to make sure they understood the full scope of the project and went above and beyond to complete the work on time and on budget. Part of the work was done while we were away, we were kept up to date with photos and videos. What amazed me the most, after they finished our BEAUTIFUL bathroom, they sent such a professional team in to do a thorough cleaning. This felt above and beyond and really was the cherry on top. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fresh Start again and I've recommended them to a lot of my friends too.

We had an issue in our attic, and did not know what the cause was, but got online and searched out a company that could come and take a look at it. Raz called with in the hour to discuss what was going on. We live quite a distance from where his business is, and he was going over to the island with his family on a couple days vacation, and offered to come by on his way home from his vacation. Luckily our situation wasn’t what we thought it was, but I would like to tell you the customer service within this company was amazing! I have been in the service industry my whole life, and can appreciate somebody thorough respectful just an all-around great person, thank you for taking the time to come to us and ease our minds. So for all of you people out there that are looking for someone to inspect a situation within your home, you need to call fresh start restoration. Thank you for your help, And easing our minds with such a efficiency. Linda and Laura
