(February 2, 2021, 8:58 pm)Some months ago our hot water pipe bursted, it was very stressful and confusing, (with covid, I was so worry for my mom, as we had staff coming and going, adding that by that time we were all homeschooling), Raz contained the damage fast and his crew was so kind and respectful during all the process. When there is a flood or a fire, they take care of all aspects of the restoration and the client -from packing ,moving, storage and to demolish and repair. Your first and last ‘go to ‘ in metro Vancouver.

(February 27, 2020, 7:36 pm)I have been on many flooded jobsites as a carpet cleaning contractor to help with extractions and post restoration clean up. 911 is prompt, professional and questions are quickly addressed. Clients on sites have shared their appreciation of their quick response which is key to from major damage and potential health hazards. The drying equipment they use is top notch, and I have noted the finishing crew does not rush but takes care and pride in their work. You are in good hands with the 911 Restoration crew!
