  We used Absolute Roofing on 2 different occasions. They were professional, knowledgeable and did quality work both times. We would use them again.

  Had Absolute Roof Solutions make some temporary repairs to my roof after some damage. Great service from initial call to completion. Got to my place within 24 hours and repairs done.
  
  Will need a new roof next Spring/Summer and will be contacting them!

  We are doing a large renovation and thinking about replacing the current metal roof because it was not installed correctly. Out of the 5 quotes we get, Absolute roofing has the best price, by at least 3K less. We talked to Justin regarding the quote. He is polite, straight forward and very honest about the quote. He didn’t tag on other unnecessary items to make us pay more. unfortunately we were not able to go thru with this, due to very limited budget we have. But we will try this with absolutely roofing once our budget is recovered from the Reno.

  This morning I used the web feature for a call back (contact me). I got a call from Jacky..I think I got the name right. She didn't sound very eager to get my business. Anyway the script is that I pay 185 for someone to come to my house. The issue is a leaking Skylight. I said if I give you the work do I get the 185 deducted from the bill (I am sure contracts have a way to get this back). In the interest of transparency they disclose this. That is a good practice agree!!. However she asks me to call around...good advise?? My situation seem urgent but the only appt. should might be able to fit in is 2 weeks from now. Anyway long story short I call another company (hint radio ad they do solar too). They are sending someone today FREE no upfront charge. I thought feedback is always good along with the 5 star. Although it wasn't a 5 star outcome!!...you be the judge.
