  Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains have replaced our drainage system, fixed water leaking problem on the deck and repaired roof torch on membrane. Tim and Kim were awesome to work with. Highly recommended.

  Our family home in Vancouver was built in the 1920s and since the 1990s, Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains have upgraded our drainage system, mainline plumbing and various roofing projects. At the present time (2018), we have no water leaks in the basement and the roof structures are still good. We are fortunate to have this company take good care of our old home. I strongly recommend this company to anyone needing work on their roof or drain systems.

  Kerrisdale Roofing and Drainage finished the work on schedule. The work was done cleanly. There’s no need to call them back to tie up any loose ends.

  Tim was very helpful in solving our backyard drainage issues. He is very familiar with the west side and the drainage issues found here. Communication was prompt and any extra considerations were dealt with a phone call and a detailed plan moving forward.

  Tim & Kim were very easy to work with. We were re-roofing my senior mom's home and they were very understanding to how the commotion may upset her. The workers were extremely respectful and polite when dealing with my mom. The yard was cleaned and all the debris was removed. The workmanship was excellent. We are very pleased with the quality and service provided by Kerrisdale Roofing. I would definitely recommend Kerrisdale Roofing. Thank you Tim and Kim for for a job well done.
