  I’ve dealt with the dealership for the last 6 years and I can say this last experience I had was the best. Nikki was pleasant to deal with and laid out my options in a clear and concise manner. She took her time and didn’t rush me which was important to me. Jenny was also nice to deal with as she was friendly and personable. Terry was helpful and extremely respectful. Oh and the lady at the cafe makes amazing BLT’s. Overall the dealership does a great job.

  Coming from other brands in the same segment, I did not think I would buy a Lexus today, pretty much on the spot. Jason took the time to knowledgeably point me towards the model I wanted, and Dicken worked out how I could take one home today.
  
  Now for a bit more info why they deserve 5 stars (if you read my reviews i rarely give 5 stars). Firstly, there was no pressure, and they did not make bad comments on my other cars (bmw, land rover, jaguar). This always annoys me when a dealership insults other brands. Secondly, they let me test drive anything, even if I was not cross-shopping the vehicle. Thirdly, they laid out transparent pricing, and we found a model that satisfied what I wanted. Fourthly, the service and options packages were well priced (compared with other segment brands). Lastly, they made delivery extremely quick and painless. Lots of effort made to make sure I was happy with the car. We are now looking to trade another one of our cars for a Lexus asap. Definitely you are not buying just a car, but a great ownership for many years.

  Had a tire issue and was in a hurry. Pierre was professional and quick to respond. He got me back on the road in no time and made me feel like a valued guest. By far one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership service department! Thank you Pierre!

  The sales Micheal is a very patient person, Professional and willing to help. This is my first time to buy a Lexus, He explained to me everything I need to know. It worth to mention that he has an adorable dog with him in the office!!!!! Everyone will love this dog!!! It such a great experience to buy a car!
