  I have a long history with cam Clark ford, having purchased a 2008 escape hybrid in 2007 and always had it serviced there. The previous vehicle held up very well until recently. I had it serviced and was informed of the issues with the car. So, while waiting for the service to be completed I asked a salesperson to show me cars on the lot. I was impressed with her knowledge and suggestions and made plans to come back the next day.
  
  I did some due diligence with others dealers and decided to come back to Cam Clark ford. We were assigned Jerome Santos who spent the better part of the day working with us and assisting us very well. In the end we decided to lease, rather than buy, and that all went smoothly.
  
  We returned the next week to turn in the old car and pick up the new one. Again, Jerome managed us through the whole process and introduced us to all the features on the car, very patiently, I might add, as it was difficult for us to grasp some of the electronics. He followed up twice to ensure that everything was as we wanted and offered support on some issues. We will meet with him a final time to get th synch program fully established.
  
  All the staff we dealt with were very professional. There was no pressure and they worked through the buy versus lease possibilities very clearly and patiently.
  
  We are very happy with the new vehicle, the price and the whole purchase process.

  Great work by Brett Widstein and his team in taking care of a customer. It makes me proud to be an employee of such a great FORD organization when folks like Brett are involved. Congrats Brett and CAM FORD. You went BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY ... have made a customer VERY happy and represented FORD extremely well.

  Can't say enough how much I loved the service I received from Jerome at Cam Clark Ford in Richmond, went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle for me. From the first time I stepped foot in Cam Clark Ford he made me feel comfortable and didn't apply any pressure sales tactics that I received at other dealerships, he felt more like a friend than a salesman! I highly reccommend going to see Jerome at Cam Clark in Richmond to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle!

  Anton is the best sales person ever!! He is also very funny and cared a lot about my experience at ford. He ensured that I was well taken care of and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend going to Anton if you are ever need to buy a car!
