I called them at 1pm on the hottest day of the year after the drive to work in the morning with no A/C or working driver's side window was torturous... They were able to fit me in at a time of my convenience, despite being busy, and took the time to do a quality job. I was on the road with a freshly serviced A/C after about 30 minutes, in which the service guy (sorry, can't remember his name) was super friendly and professional. I'd really recommend.
