  I was grateful for speedy and customer oriented service from this crew! Dennis was kind enough to help me change a headlight (totally unrelated to my claim) and made my entire experience have zero stress. Zero! And they washed the outside AND INSIDE. Let me tell you my car was a mess. A genuine surprise. Thankyou so so much team. I will definitely recommend you.

  I made an appointment to have some minor inner fender body damage assessed this morning. After briefly inspecting the vehicle, the attending staff provided a fast and complimentary repair... Apparently a couple of zap straps saved the day (and saved me the cost of an expensive repair on a 10+ year old car). I was impressed with the courteous, professional and helpful reception and service personnel in the Port Moody shop today. Many thanks for an exceptional service experience today!   Customer service was above and beyond from when I first called to when I left. First they were able to push my appointment back half an hour. When I got there, Ricky the assistant manager came out immediately and was able to identify the problem before I even finished explaining. It was so simple that I probably could've figured it out myself yet he didn't make me feel stupid and offered to fix it right away at no cost! I'll definitely be back if I ever need any work done, thank you!
