(April 18, 2018, 8:09 pm)I question one of the reviews here that gave Traxx a 1 Star rating - the review in my estimation is a complete fabrication. Rick, and his wife Joanne, are amazing people and have taken care of 4 of my custom cars for years, including a complete rebuild of my 1966 Ford Wagon, my 2006 Custom Mercedes ( 1 of 3 produced) and currently my custom 2016 Jeep. Rick is a professional and has NEVER given me bad advice or suggested ANY repair that was not 100% necessary. The level of customer service, quality of workmanship and overall satisfaction I've received is second to none. If you own a car and want a mechanic that delivers on his promises then give Traxx a call. You WON'T be disappointed.
