I trust her so completely that I am able to relax and focus on the healing energy that I feel during the massage. (October 13, 2020, 7:39 pm)I have had monthly massages for many years due to Complex Regional Pain disorder and they have allowed me to have some quality of life. Thus, I am very familiar with this form of treatment. Tessa's massages are unlike any I have ever had and my quality of life has improved dramatically. I have a much greater degree of flexibility, energy, and I have been able to enjoy the physical work of gardening for the first time in a number of years. It sounds trite to say I feel younger, but I do. My pain level has decreased and I have regained the use of my nerve damaged hand because of her ability to free up the ligaments and muscles in that arm. I would highly recommend Tessa's massages.

She is so enlightened and intuitive and a has a tremendous background in self care techniques which she shares so freely and passionately. She is a true gift to the Vernon area
