(November 2, 2020, 3:59 pm)On Nov 1 2020 approximately 3pm, a neighbour on Turner St in Hope BC, requested ambukance assistance. I was walking by and asked the man if he was ok as I have a personal connection with him. I have helped him with moving groceries and garbage as he is unable to perform some tasks.
I have no complaint with the treatment of the patient by the paramedics, rather, with the comments directed towards me. One or both of the paramedics commented that " We just come for the fun of it and we are letting the patient get some fresh air" Very uncalled for comments and very unprofessional behaviour.
I hope that this will be reviewed with the paramedic(s). Lisa Crawford -

(July 7, 2016, 7:46 pm)My Mom was taken to Hope Hospital from the Chevron Station in Hope by ambulance attendants, Gilbert and Mike Tuesday, June 28, 2016. They were so friendly, caring and gentle. They made her feel less stressed and she really enjoyed their company. They provided awesome service and made her ambulance ride memorable. Thank you for your dedication to serving the community. God bless.
