Her knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness made us feel very supported every step of the way – not to mention her calm and friendly nature. (November 23, 2022, 2:36 pm)TL;DR: We paid Leanne a lot of money to sell our house and in many ways didn't feel like the service corresponded with the massive paycheck.
The Details: Leanne helped sell our home in the Spring/Summer of 2022. Generally speaking, the sale was smooth. She is very organized and on top of things. It was an easy 15k for Leanne.
However, there were a few incidents that rubbed us the wrong way. The biggest was with the notary she recommended (Sidhu & Associates - DON'T USE THEM). After we started to have issues with Sidhu & Associates I reached out to Leanne for help and guidance. At this point, she told me that she had NEVER worked with them and sent us back to them. I was stunned and very confused as to why a notary would be recommended to us without any knowledge of their past work.
This feeling of house issues being pushed off to other people came up a few times during the selling process. It was very baffling because I thought the 15k we were paying meant that Leanne was the one to guide us through everything related to the house sale.
Additionally, it would've been nice to be told more clearly before the open house that things we wanted to take with us needed to be removed from the walls. There were a number of storage things I would've removed to help save some cash when we moved into our new place.
The last thing that was frustrating was the excessive request for a review. Towards the end of the sale, this was 90% of our communication. Multiple times I received review requests at 10 pm or later to leave reviews.
Overall, we felt very unsure of what exactly Leanne did to earn 15k from us. I honestly think next time I'd just skip the realtor and sell it on our own. -

We have had experiences with other agents and they don't even come close to Leanne. Shes very professional, organized, honest, kind, and patient. She looks out for her clients and patiently devotes the time needed to each one. She truly cares and it shows. She's just amazing. Thankyou Leanne for everything.

Regrettably I listed with a different agent who did sell our home but the whole time I knew Leanne would have been the better choice. For the new home search, we corrected our mistake and graciously Leanne was happy to work with us. Even on short notice she would get us into see a property all the while she knew we were also looking out of province. When it looked like we would not find a place before our move out date she started looking for short term rentals.
If anyone is looking for an agent who is PREPARED, professional, genuine and accessible look no further!

Leanne was very easy to get ahold of, professional, and solution focused. She went above and beyond to make herself available for a short notice home inspection. When the deal looked like it was going to fall apart we managed to find an agreement that worked for both of our clients. I would be happy to sell one of Leanne's listings again, a pleasure to deal with!
