Cindy worked patiently with me over a 2 year period. Showing me what was available but always being solicitous of my thoughts and opinions.
Cindy sold my ranch in the Cariboo and helped me find my forever home here in Chilliwack. Cindy worked tirelessly in spite of all the hurdles to overcome working remotely.

She did a fabulous job working with us-hearing exactly what we were looking for (we were quite picky on a few things) and finding listings as soon as they hit the market. Due to the unique state of the market at the time, we were unable to successfully purchase a home until 2.5 months after our sale. In that time Cindy took the time to write up multiple offers for us (some even knowing that we weren’t contenders) and encouraged us that we would eventually find the perfect house for our growing family. (March 28, 2022, 4:29 pm)I meet with Cindy Frank to discuss the sale of my property, I felt that she cared about service and would go the extra mile. Well she did just that. Cindy was quick to respond to every email or call anytime of the day or night. She also kept me in the loop with anything that she came across that I should be aware of. Cindy was always calm and listened to every request for information that I asked about, some of it I could have sourced out myself but she quickly offered. Cindy even brought my rental tenants homemade butter tarts and gave them each Starbucks gift cards for their inconvenience during the week that we had an open house, we were in a bidding war market and had a ton of showings.
I am thankful that I had Cindy for the sale of my property and would highly recommend her to others and I've done just that. -

Not only did she help us find a home that fit our needs in a very tough market but she was patient and respectful of the time it took. She treats you more like family than a client and has a vast knowledge of the market and all things real-estate. Even after the sale she stays in contact periodically like family. Could not recommend her more. You would be hard pressed to find someone more dedicated, knowledgeable and diligent to help you sell or buy your home.
