Not only did she solve the situation but she what above and beyond in making sure everything went smoothly. Jessica was always available (and I mean always) to work through all the issues we presented her.
Through the seemingly endless request for paperwork Jessica maintained a calm and positive demeanour.
In the end our mortgage was approved and our purchase went through. I do not know if we would have been able to succeed without the efforts of Jessica.

Not only did she help us eliminate all of our incredible amount of debt and lock in a lower interest rate, but she was available to answer all of our questions quickly and was flexible with our crazy schedules. She was very knowledgeable, explaining everything in a language we could understand, and she liaised with our mortgage company and notary. What she did for us was life changing, exceeding the hesitant hopes we had, and we are so grateful! We will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage broker in future!
