Over the last 6 years Carie Pool has been an incredible resource for our family! She has gone over and above to help us with our financial needs. Carie genuinely cares about getting us the best deal possible! She is very personable and easy to talk to. The first mortgage I had was with a different broker and I felt confused and unsure about what I was signing at the time. Since then I have had 3 different mortgages with Carie and I appreciate how she has taken the time with me every time and I leave feeling completely clear on all the details. I highly recommend working with Carie!

As a first time home buyer finding a mortgage broker who not only makes you comfortable, but can also answer all of your questions is hard to come by. I can safely say that not only was Carie very helpful, she was very knowledgeable and resourceful as well. My wife and I were extremely impressed with her dedication to helping get our ducks in a row, and also how she was not afraid to re work things multiple times for us when we hit a bump in the road. We would not hesitate to recommend her to any of our friends and family, and look forward to working with her in the future. Once again, thank you Carie for all of your hard work!

I have always admired the way Harmony Mortgage conducts their business. I am a huge fan of customer service, community involvement and I have seen first hand they do both very very well. From the initial first call they make you feel like they really care. I have personally witnessed how they truly go out of their way to help, really help. Carie has an incredible level of personal professionalism that is very hard to come by. She immediately puts you at ease, and gains your trust with her demeanour and attentive listening skills. The service Carie gives leaves nothing to be desired, she is always one step ahead, anticipating questions before you have time to ask. I will not think twice when the time comes for me to need a Mortgage Broker, and would swear by her when recommending to others.
