Stacey and Jake are both very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable salesmen. I was very fortunate when I called OConnor that Stacey had answered my call. He listened to my bad experience story from another location and re assured me that it would be a much better buying experience this time around. He was right ! When we arrived at the lot Stacey needed to leave but Jake was there to pick up where he had left off. We knew what we were looking for so that was simple. We took the truck out for a test drive with Jake. He answered all our questions without having to think about it, no hesitation. The whole buying experience was very quick and seamless. When we were feeling like we needed to sleep on this huge purchase to us, financing offered us to take the truck home for the night and give it some thought. A couple times without asking she left the room for hubby and I to talk privately. The staff their have a real understanding on what a big decision buying a vehicle is.

No regrets !! I will only deal with O'Connor for all my truck needs and any questions I have I call them first. hope they have the vehicles we want over the next few years when its time for family members.

Traded in my 2015 Van and was able to get into a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee. We absolutely love the vehicle. Brad Smith was FANTASTIC! I was approached by O'Connor wanting to take my old vehicle off of my hands. At first I was skeptical but after speaking with Brad over the phone I started to feel better. Met with him the next day and he made me feel very comfortable with going ahead and getting a new vehicle. We test drove two different vehicles that Brad picked out for us and fell in love with the first one (I only had to change the color :P) Brad made everything easier and broke down all the little details for us. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and listened to what we had to say. The vehicle he put me in is by far the most amazing one I have ever owned. The safety features put my mind at ease and i actually feel safe driving in the snow with my son in the vehicle. Service department did a great job getting my 08 diesel ram 3500 back on the road again. Amazing honesty and integrity when the first repair didn't work and I wasn't billed for it. They could have easily billed me and I would have never know it wasn't part of the fix. Yes a dealership is a bit more but well worth it when they are this honest and I know the right repair was done. GREAT JOB O'CONNOR CHRYSLER!!!! I continue to be a very happy satisfied customer.
