I recently purchased a new vehicle with Mertin. Bret was great showed me a couple of vehicles I was interested in and took all the time to answer my questions.

He explained all the features in 2 vehicles that I was deciding on. He took the time to make sure I had test drove both vehicles long enough to make the decision. He ensured the vehicle was in great shape and when he noticed a chip in the windshield it was brought to the sales managers attention who said it would be fixed for me.
The price that the sales manager (Adam) agreed to was also a great incentive to buy the car.
Once the decision was made on the vehicle and I was leaving the lot Rick went over all the features again.
He also took the time the following day to see how I liked driving the car and to see if I had any questions.
I would definitely deal with him and this dealership again as everything was taken care of while I was there. Payment and insurance all done on site.
Great experience.
