(November 13, 2023, 3:36 pm)Comox Valley Pharmacy is a perfect example of a local business outperforming national chains. The staff here are friendly and personable, and they greet you coming in. I feel like a welcome neighbour here. You're treated to personal service where the Pharmacists knows your name, and your needs are taken care of one-on-one.
I would rather walk here in the rain than use Shoppers across the street. -

I just finished visiting this pharmacy for a Covid booster and flu shot which has been a nightmare to obtain anywhere else, thanks in part to our miserably failing BC Health system. During my expedition for shots that weren't booking well beyond flu season (seems kind of pointless, doesn't it?), I found the staff at so many other pharmacies to be very unhelpful. I was quite disappointed by this since I believe anyone seeking to vaccinate should be commended for their effort and responsibility toward community health. I was so pleased with the service from the gentlemen here, as were all of my family members. They were friendly, knowledgable, and hardworking with an endless line of people coming in for prescriptions and shots. Welcome to the Valley and thank you for your care and professionalism!

(October 25, 2023, 8:52 pm)I switched from Rexall to Comox Valley Pharmacy and I'm so glad I did! All the pharmacists and techs are super knowledgeable, they remember you when you come back, and are excellent at communicating with you. Also they ship to Hornby, which is super helpful.
