(December 16, 2023, 12:46 am)Had an unknown problem with my hearing aids. Beltone saw me immediately, fixed the "nonproblem", explaining the solution to me, and then cleaning my hearing aids as well. Always great customer service at the Comox office, with pleasant and patient staff.

(August 21, 2023, 6:47 pm)It has been a few short weeks since I visited the Beltone Hearing Care Centre in Comox,B.C. and I am still extremely impressed. As soon as I walked into the clinic I was greeted by friendly staff, the type of greeting that went beyond making me feel welcomed. The test itself, performed by Roberta and another lovely woman, was informative, reassuring and highly professional. This was followed with a meeting with Scott, another engaging representative of this fabulous company. Their care continued with a follow up personal note. YES I have been highly recommending your establishment for all who look forward to Better Hearing. Thank you Beltone Comox!

Will come back again next year!
