The design team was very thorough with follow up questions both by phone and e-mail. The result of all this communication was a perfectly fitting custom shade sail. This shade sail made a welcome addition to our outdoor beer garden. I was able to fly the sail easily thanks to the helpful installation videos. The construction of the unit is excellent and we hope to enjoy the sale for many seasons.

More importantly they helped me virtually with the install making sure I had the right stuff to get it set up. The sail is VERY high quality and has stood up to a few storms already without so much as a whimper. Can’t hardly wait to buy my next sail to help make my setup complete.
