(August 11, 2021, 5:30 pm)I ordered roman shades and a shade panel for a pergola I built, as a custom order and Shade Sails Canada was excellent to deal with. It was easy to order and it fits perfectly due to their help. The quality of the shade is excellent so I can see why it has a 10 year guarantee. I particularly like the stainless steel hardware on the Roman Shades as they are pulleys whereas most manufacturers seem to simply use carabiner type clips which have some friction on the cables. We are delighted with the end result as it gives us a super easy option to have an open pergola or full or partial shade.

We decided to go with Shade Sails Canada for a few reasons but most importantly was the quality of the materials. We love the end results and feel good knowing they will last for many years to come.

We purchased some hardware from Shade Sails Canada as well and and the quality was outstanding! The company offers an amazing array of helpful videos and tutorials. Our emails were answered promptly and courteously, no question too big or too small. We were nervous about flying our sail but a company rep talked us through it on the phone and we couldn't be happier.
