  All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist any way that they can! I moved here from AB and was happy to find such a great dentist office in West Kelowna!

  I had an excellent visit with Dr. Pollard, from start to finish. The staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive to my needs and feelings. I felt that I was in good hands the entire time, and have great confidence in their abilities and expertise. I was given all the information on my teeth that I wanted, and I learned a great deal.
  The atmosphere at Brightside is professional and positive and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality dental care!

  I avoid the dentist because it's always been painful and the anxiety was unbearable for me. A broken tooth over the holidays forced me in to Brightside Dental because they were the only ones open! I'm so glad I found Dr.Schader. She makes me feel comfortable when I'm there and makes the appointment bearable. She understands anxieties and for the first time in my life, had a pain free experience at the dentist. I ended up going back two more times to fix up the cavities I've been neglecting for years because if fear. I'm so relieved and happy that my teeth are fixed and my anxieties/fear of dentists have subsided. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much you've helped me.

  I always appreciate the staff's respect for my time. I never EVER have a long wait in the front waiting room. Thank you Brightside... for understanding that your patients time is also valuable!

  It is not often, actually never before, that I would ever say I had a good dental visit but this was the first. Extremely thorough and professional. Explained all of my dental status and considerations. Highly recommended.
